Our team are upgrading the infrastructure that hosts the ZetaSafe reporting services on the 29th September 2023 at 03:00 BST (02:00 GMT).

To perform this upgrade, we will need to take the ZetaSafe reporting services offline for a period of time.
We expect that ZetaSafe ad-hoc and auto-scheduled reports will be unavailable for a maximum of three (3) hours but we expect that it may be completed before this time.

During this maintenance window, ZetaSafe Web & ZetaMobile will be generally available, although we would envisage that overall service performance may be noticeably slower during this period and of course, there will be no reporting available.

Scheduled - Our team are performing an essential infrastructure upgrade on the ZetaSafe service on the 15th September 2023 at 00:00 BST (01:00 GMT).

To perform this upgrade, we will need to take the ZetaSafe service offline for a short period of time.

We expect that ZetaSafe will be unavailable for a maximum of 30 minutes but we expect that it will completed before this time.

During this maintenance window, you will not be able to access any of the ZetaSafe services or synchronise ZetaMobile, but you can continue to use ZetaMobile if you are already synchronised.
