Our platform partner is performing scheduled maintenance during this window.

Users can still complete mobile forms in the ZetaSurvey app. Form submissions will remain in the users Sent box, ready to be synced when the service is back up and running. Dispatched forms from ZetaSafe will not be sent to the user during this window but can be dispatched prior or after the window.
